AHEAD is seeking an experienced Principal to join its Intelligent Operations Advisory practice. You will lead strategic guidance and deliver innovative solutions by pairing Observability and Workflow Automation platforms to optimize how clients operate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, finance, or management.
• 15+ years in management or technology consulting delivering strategic transformations.
• Strong industry knowledge in healthcare, financial services, technology, or manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and related tools.
• Expertise in observability and automation platforms and related licensing models.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clients on observability and automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Assess observability landscapes, licensing, and operating models.
• Recommend tools and approaches to reduce complexity and cost.
• Lead large-scale consulting engagements within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies.
