OnPoint Medical Group seeks a Medical Assistant Supervisor for the South Denver OBGYN in Castle Rock. This role leads medical assistants, ensures patient flow, and upholds clinical standards within a dynamic OB/GYN setting.

The ideal candidate has CMA/RMA credentials and 3+ years as a medical assistant, including supervisory experience, preferably in women’s health. The position emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and on-site collaboration with clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or RMA credential, or similar clinical education.
• Minimum 3 years as a medical assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in an OBGYN or women’s health clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to resolve problems independently and manage clinical operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of medical assistants within the OBGYN department to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to medical assistants, including training, performance evaluations, and ongoing support.
• Resolve operational and clinical issues independently to maintain a seamless and effective clinical environment.
• Manage inventory and place orders for medical supplies and equipment to ensure the department is adequately stocked.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to optimize patient care processes and address any workflow challenges.
