Job summary

Atrius Health is seeking a leader to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for OBGYN departments across Massachusetts sites, including Medford, Peabody, and Somerville. The role emphasizes staff supervision, EMR proficiency, and collaborative, patient-centered care delivery.

You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate operations with leadership, and drive performance in a value-based care environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 3+ years medical practice experience.
• 2+ years direct supervision of at least two staff.
• EMR experience or ability to learn EMR quickly.
• Computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of ambulatory care workflows.
• Strong organizational, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Licensure may be required for certain positions; BLS/ACLS may be required based on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of daily clinical and administrative operations for OBGYN departments across MA sites (Medford, Peabody, Somerville).
• Supervise nursing and provider staff and coordinate daily activities of business support, technical, or production teams.
