Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience beyond residency/fellowship training.
• Minimum 50% clinical effort, including at least two to four ½-day ambulatory practice sessions per week.
• Demonstrated progressive management experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory OB/GYN clinical operations across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with site leadership to improve access, quality, and patient experience.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, revenue cycle, and IT systems integration (Epic).
• Participate in governance, policy development, and professional development activities.
