Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks an OBGYN Operations Manager to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations in Medford, Peabody and Somerville, leading the clinical staff and coordinating activities across clinics.

The role requires EMR experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a proven ability to supervise multiple staff; salary ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 per year for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma.
• 3+ years of medical practice experience.
• 2+ years of direct supervising at least two staff.
• EMR experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR based on other technology experience.
• Computer experience with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical support functions in an ambulatory care setting.
• Demonstrated organizational, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated solid organizational and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of daily clinical and administrative operations for OBGYN departments in Medford, Peabody and Somerville.
• This function is responsible for the management of clinical staff in any number of clinics. Responsibilities may include overseeing the management of the Nursing and Provider populations.
• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.
