Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical support operations within area of responsibility.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and service quality.
• Implement department initiatives and processes across phases of patient care model.
• Foster effective communication with physicians and nursing staff.
• Monitor policies, procedures and back-up coverage.
• Provide back-up supervisory support across regions as needed.
• Manage expense budget and report variances.
• Develop staff through training and role modeling.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel policy communication.
