Job summary

Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Obesity and Related Conditions serving Winston-Salem and surrounding NC areas. You will be a primary scientific resource, communicate complex data to healthcare professionals, and support research and congress activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field with Medical Affairs experience.
• Strong record of scientific exchange and data communication with clinicians.
• Experience in cardiometabolic or obesity-related conditions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific resource to OLs and PHDMs in obesity-related conditions.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy in field settings.
• Engage with investigators, support sponsored/non-sponsored research, and present data.
• Lead congress activities, speaker training, and cross-functional project teams.
