Job summary

Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison focused on obesity to act as the primary scientific resource for Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers in the Winston-Salem region and surrounding areas. You will execute the medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

You will engage with clinical investigators and sites, communicate clinical data, and support sponsored research while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s with Medical Affairs experience as per basic qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy.
• Engage with investigators and sites to support obesity pipeline.
• Communicate scientific data and clinical value consistently with compliance.
