Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison for Obesity in Durham, NC. You will be the primary scientific resource for OLs, PHDMs, and healthcare providers, executing medical strategy with field leadership to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD/MD or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in medically related field; 1 year clinical practice/research preferred.
• 2+ years in an MSL role in biotech/pharma; cardiometabolic/obesity expertise advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary scientific resource to OLs, PHDMs, and other healthcare providers.
• Engage investigators and sites to support obesity pipeline and communicate data.
• Lead or participate in project teams to advance MSL strategies and tactics.
• Mentor other MSLs and ensure compliant, up-to-date data exchange.
