Amgen, Inc. seeks a Medical Science Liaison (Obesity) to cover IA, NE, and SD.

This field-based role serves as the primary scientific resource to Opinion Leaders, population health decision makers, and healthcare providers, executing medical strategy and ensuring accurate data delivery. The MSL will engage with investigators, support sponsored research, and communicate clinical value while collaborating with Amgen cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, MD, or related terminal degree required.
• Master's degree plus 3+ years Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years Medical Affairs experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other HC providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership.
• Discuss data and engage investigators to support obesity pipeline.
• Lead scientific exchange and communicate data with compliance.
• Support sponsored research and potential study leadership.
• Participate in congress activities and speaker training.
