Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison specializing in obesity to serve as the primary scientific resource for Opinion Leaders and healthcare providers in the MN and ND territory. You will execute the medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership, engaging investigators and PHDMs to share data that improves patient outcomes.

The role requires advanced degrees and strong Medical Affairs experience, with opportunities to lead congress activities, training, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a biomedical field with Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience in obesity/cardiometabolic areas is preferred.
• Ability to manage scientific data and communicate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs and healthcare providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy as led by MSL Leadership.
• Engage with investigators, PHDMs, and IDNs to communicate data and outcomes.
• Lead or support congress activities and speaker training as needed.
• Maintain and improve clinical acumen with current data and trends.
