Job summary

Amgen, Inc. seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison for Obesity in Missouri to serve as the primary scientific resource for opinion leaders and healthcare providers.

The role advances Amgen’s obesity program through data communication, collaboration with investigators, and strategic field activities. The MSL will engage with IDNs and institutions to share clinical value data, support sponsored research, and contribute to congress planning while maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree with 3 years of Medical Affairs experience considered.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Medical Affairs experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other healthcare providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership.
• Engage with investigators and institutions to communicate data of clinical value.
• Lead/contribute to congress activities and speaker training as needed.
• Maintain clinical/scientific acumen with current data and healthcare trends.
