Job summary

Endeavor Health's OB Unit in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse Level II to provide comprehensive nursing care for labor and delivery patients. The role requires night shifts (7p–7a), weekends on a rotating basis, and a focus on safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Applicants should have 2 years of Labor & Delivery/Nursery Level II experience, be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold Illinois licensure, and be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Labor and Delivery/Nursery Level II experience preferred.
• Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification required.
• Ability to guide and supervise nursing staff and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for OB patients and families.
• Maintain competency aligned with current standards and evidence-based practice.
• Promote safety and prevent injuries for patients and staff; document thoroughly and timely.
• Supervise and support team members in delivering patient care.
