Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of Surgical Technician program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the surgical/L&D procedures by passing instruments to the surgeon.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure sterile field throughout the procedure.
• Prepare the room before surgery or delivery and handle required instrumentation and sutures.
• Perform routine clerical duties within the unit as needed.
