Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced OB RN Director to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality care to mothers and newborns in Michigan. You will mentor staff, ensure patient satisfaction, and uphold clinical standards across the OB unit.

The role requires active leadership, strong nursing credentials, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Compensation includes a six-figure annual salary with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible applicants.

Qualifikationen

• Current Michigan RN license or equivalent
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• BLS-HCP certification required
• 4 years L&D experience preferred
• 2 years leadership experience preferred
• NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, STABLE certifications current or within 1 year
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee OB department patient care using nursing process
• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support related initiatives
• Act as resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care, flow and standards
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards
• Manage staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations
• Provide and coordinate patient education for Labor and Delivery
