Bronson Battle Creek Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Labor/Delivery unit. This part-time, variable-shift role supports obstetrical care, administers medications, and maintains patient safety and documentation.

Candidates must be Michigan-licensed and BLS/NRP certified or willing to obtain them during orientation. The LPN collaborates with RNs, scrubs for procedures, and assists with admissions, monitoring, and family communication in a fast-paced labor and delivery

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Current BLS and NRP certification or achieve by end of orientation.
• Knowledge of fetal monitoring and obstetrical nursing practices.

Responsabilités

• Admit and prepare obstetrical patients for care.
• Maintain sterile environments and assist with deliveries.
• Administer medications and IV therapy safely.
• Document care data and communicate status to physicians.
