Bronson Battle Creek Birthplace is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a high acuity Birthplace unit. You will monitor patients, document progress, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team on a 12-hour day shift.

A BSN within 8 years is expected, with RN licensure in Michigan and current BLS credentials. This is a full-time position with a 36-hour work week, requiring strong clinical judgment, communication, and adherence to Bronson standards of practice and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; must obtain within 8 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for the state of Michigan.
• BSN must be obtained within 8 years of hire date if not already held.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required for certain units.

Responsabilités

• Manage care delivery for patients across the length of stay to achieve quality outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and support staff.
• Document patient response, resources used and anticipated needs during each shift.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to patient care assistants per scope of practice.
