Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technician for per diem/day shift. You will perform ultrasound examinations per physicians’ orders using advanced equipment, while adapting to each patient's age-related and clinical needs.

Qualified applicants should be board eligible for ARDMS, possess BLS via AHA, and obtain ARDMS certification within 6 months of hire; Oregon licensure or temporary licensure is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Board eligible for ARDMS or ARDMS certified.
• BLS - American Heart Association certified at hire.
• Must obtain ARDMS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Oregon Sonographer license or temporary license required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders using diverse equipment.
• Considers patient age-related and individual needs during imaging.

Education

ARDMS board eligible or certified

OBMI temporary license (US)

Oregon Sonographer license

Oregon Sonographer Temporary

BLS certification (American Heart Association)
