Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred and completion of a formal Medical Assistant program recognized by the State of New Jersey.
• Current and valid CMA or RMA certification recognized by the Board of Examiners (AMT, AAMA, NCCT) required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency as a Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MA work processes and supervise MAs in a Practice.
• Oversee scheduling of staff and provide feedback on job performance.
• Orient new MAs and participate in the employment process.
