Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the practice(s). The role includes accountability for profitability, revenue goals, core metrics, patient access, and staff engagement.

You will lead scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with physician documentation and coding audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a medical/clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct internal practice operations, set benchmarks and report progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with SMD, providers and practice management to execute CORE Work plan.
