Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee OB/GYN practices in Bloomfield Hills and Clarkston, handling clinical and administrative duties, profitability, and CORE metrics.

The role requires leadership experience in medical offices, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and possible Practice Management Certification. You will lead scheduling, staff coaching, and quality-improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a medical office setting; two years supervising non-exempt staff or equivalent.
• Ability to oversee clinical and administrative operations and manage CORE metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements/efficiencies and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers, and practice management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
• Suggests improvements to processes and customer experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintains scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and handles promotions/disciplinary actions.
• Ensures a physician documentation and coding audit program is maintained.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s), including practice profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics. This includes accountability for clinical quality of care, customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, productivity, revenue enhancement, managed care performance, staff leadership and assuring adequate access for patients.

What You'll Do:

General Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a combination of 1-2 or more years’ relevant work experience.

CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Prior leadership experience in a medical office environment or other relevant professional experience: requires a minimum of 2years in combination with meeting education requirements. Two years of experience directly supervising non-exempt staff is require; however, may consider leadership role in lieu of direct supervision as equivalent experience.
