Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Practice Manager for a Pediatric Office in West Ann Arbor. You will oversee clinical and administrative aspects, drive practice profitability, and ensure CORE metrics and patient access are optimized.

Lead a team, manage staff, and collaborate with the Site Medical Director to align with IHA/Trinity Health priorities, while maintaining compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience supervising non-exempt staff.
• Experience in medical office environment or related professional experience.
• Knowledge of health care functions, billing and coding procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks progress, researches improvements, and implements changes.
• Works with the Site Medical Director to align the practice with organizational priorities.
• Oversees CORE Work plan and ensures high quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Manages staff hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and safety regulations and maintains audit programs.
• Prepares budgets and monitors financial performance and cost-effective staffing.
