Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative aspects of the practice. This role focuses on profitability, revenue goals, CORE metrics, and ensuring quality of care and patient access.

You will lead, coach and mentor staff, manage scheduling and attendance, and drive process improvements to enhance patient experiences across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a medical office or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements/efficiencies and implements changes.
• Develops vision with the SMD, providers, and practice management and manages the CORE Work plan.
• Provides suggestions to continually improve processes and the customer experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintains scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates the performance of staff; recommends promotions and disciplinary action.
• Ensures the practice maintains a physician documentation and coding audit program.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
