Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead operations in a high-volume OB/GYN clinic in Central Florida. The role focuses on operational excellence, effective staffing, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate has OB/GYN management experience, Athena Health proficiency, and a track record of leading teams to drive workflow optimization and quality outcomes in imaging and in-office procedures.

Qualifications

• OB/GYN management experience in a multi-provider practice is required.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with imaging coordination and procedure scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy OB/GYN practice to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional patient experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, clinical, and imaging teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and team development initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
• Optimize Athena workflows to improve efficiency and revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate mammography, ultrasound, and in-office procedures.
