The candidate will manage scheduling, registration, and billing processes, driving performance improvements and collaboration with management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years' experience as a supervisor or admin manager.
• Strong budget management and billing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient practice operations and staff workflow.
• Ensure cost-effective, quality patient care aligned with objectives.
• Manage scheduling, registration, and scope of assistants.
• Coordinate with ancillary services, payers, physicians, and management to resolve issues.
