Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations across multiple OB/GYN sites. The role emphasizes staffing, patient flow, billing accuracy, and strong HIPAA compliance to ensure excellent patient care and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and 3+ years in medical practice management, with 5 years for senior levels. A focus on leadership and financial stewardship is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years progressive medical practice management experience; OB/GYN experience preferred (5 years for senior level).
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably eCW.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance reimbursement.
• Strong financial management and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently across practice sites.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop staffing models aligned to practice goals.
• Manage patient access and provider scheduling workflows to improve utilization.
• Oversee front desk operations to reduce errors and improve patient satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CLIA, DEA, IOS) and patient privacy.
• Provide monthly operations reviews to physicians and partners; monitor productivity.
• Coach and mentor staff to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
