Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in Fulton, MD seeks a General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) for a full-time, in-person practice delivering comprehensive women’s health care across obstetrics and gynecology. You will share call, supervise staff, and collaborate in a physician-led environment.

The compensation includes base salary plus performance bonuses and retention incentives, with total pay potential up to $400,000 per year; MD/DO with OB/GYN residency and Maryland licensure required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
