219 Health Network Inc. is seeking a Registration Representative in the OB/GYN office. You will greet patients, register them, and handle check-in duties and scheduling in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires at least a High School diploma or GED, and 1 year of medical office experience is preferred. EPIC EMR experience is a plus, as is proficiency with Windows-based applications and data entry.

• Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities are necessary to interact with patients, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Proficiency with Windows-based desktop applications is required.
• PC keyboard data entry skills are required and the ability to type.
• Basic knowledge of computers, office equipment, medical terminology, and health insurance/managed care plans is required.
• CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Register patients in accordance with standards and policies.
• Perform front office duties including check-in, verify information, and documentation.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and enter physician charges daily.
• Balance cash drawer and collect self-pay, co-pays, and patient balances.
