Job summary

Together Women’s Health, LLC in Nashville, TN, is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to join WOMEN Obstetrics & Gynecology.

The MA will obtain patient health history, enter data into EMR, set up exam rooms, take vitals, administer injections when needed, and assist the physician. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and compassion in a high-volume OB/GYN environment.

Experience in a medical office and EMR systems is required; CCMA or Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office setting is required.
• Graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program is required.
• CCMA certification preferred.
• 1+ years in a medical office.
• Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology is required.
• Previous experience at an OB/GYN office is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient health history and enter into EMR.
• Set up exam rooms and prepare for patient visits.
• Perform preliminary physical tests and obtain vitals.
• Set up diagnostic and treatment equipment as needed.
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Document patient records, test requests, medications, and education.
