Job summary

Oxford Clinic for Women, a partner of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join their expanding medical team. The MA will handle health history intake, room setup, vitals, injections, phlebotomy, and chart documentation in a patient‑centered care environment.

Candidates should have medical office experience and EMR familiarity; CCMA and OBGYN exposure are preferred. This is a collaborative role within a supportive practice network offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program is required.
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a medical office.
• Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology is required.
• Previous experience at an OBGYN office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient health history and enter into EMR.
• Set up exam room and ensure cleanliness.
• Perform preliminary physical tests and obtain vitals.
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Complete documentation for medical records, test requests, medications, and patient education.
• May perform Scribe duties.
• Assist the physician as directed.
• Team-based collaboration with staff.
