Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support in our London, KY office. You will prepare patients, assist clinicians, record histories and vitals, and help with phlebotomy and injections as directed.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with bonus for CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and assist providers during treatment, procedures, examinations, and testing.
• Record patients' medical history, vitals, and chief complaints.
• Perform phlebotomy and injections when directed.
• Sterilize rooms and equipment; maintain a clean clinical environment.
• Enter data into EMR (preferably eCW) and communicate with team.
