Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state of practice; BLS required within 45 days.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients; record vital signs and health information.
• Assist with procedures and surgeries under supervision.
• Administer medications per orders and manage IV therapy when authorized.
• Provide patient education on procedures, tests, and post-care.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and assist with lab and clerical duties.
