Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Laborist for a full-time obstetrics and gynecology role in Munster, IN. The position offers a base salary of $320,000–$400,000 per year with relocation support in a premier HIMSS Stage VII facility.

The role entails inpatient OB/GYN care, a 144-hour monthly schedule, leadership in emergencies, and usage of EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation to streamline workflows.

Competenze

• Board certification in OB/GYN or eligible with certification plan.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including labor, deliveries, and C-sections.
• Work a schedule of 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Manage phone availability per hospitalist shifts.
• Lead obstetric emergencies and triage with multidisciplinary team.
