ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Laborist for a full-time, permanent inpatient OB/GYN role in Munster, IN.

The position features a competitive salary and relocation assistance, with a modern, tech-forward environment and a focus on physician well-being. Responsibilities include managing labor, deliveries, and obstetric emergencies, operating under an AI-assisted EPIC EMR system, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Possession of Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration or eligibility.

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including routine deliveries, active labor, and emergency procedures (C-sections).
• Maintain a highly predictable schedule: 144 hours per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Manage phone availability aligned with hospitalist shift rotations.
• Use EPIC EMR with AI-enhanced documentation to streamline workflows.
• Lead obstetric emergencies, triage evaluations, and unassigned admissions.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and advanced practice nursing staff.
