Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and leadership to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support revenue cycle processes, documentation accuracy, and operational performance goals.
  • Optimize EPIC workflows, referrals, scheduling, and in-basket management.
  • Conduct staff meetings, huddles, and training sessions.
  • Ensure adequate inventory and facility readiness.
  • Responsible for maintaining clinic compliance activities and identifying improvements supporting best practices.
  • Actively participate in supporting the process for ongoing team educational needs

Job description

The OB/GYN Clinic Manager is responsible for the operational management and day-to-day supervision of the OB/GYN practice. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. The Clinic Manager reports directly to the director of women’s health and works closely with the clinic leadership across the women’s health division in support of continuous practice improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
