Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory skills including recruitment, performance appraisal, communication of expectations, discipline, and training.
• Analytical skills to define objectives, identify patterns and assess alternatives.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork across diverse staff and faculty.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Writing skills to prepare reports and memos with clear vocabulary and grammar.
• Familiarity with computerized appointment scheduling and registration systems and ability to train staff.
• Knowledge of major medical insurance plans.
• Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, business functions and patient care activities of the OBGYN practice.
• Provide leadership to front and back office staff and coordinate clinical services.
• Ensure efficient clinic workflows and a positive work environment, addressing operational challenges with judgment and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Sr. Executive Director to align with organizational goals.
