Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination: vitals, history, meds and allergies update.
• Review and update patient records prior to appointments.
• Assist with charting and pre-charting tasks ahead of visits.
• Support the care team and coordinate with providers on care plans.
• Maintain exam rooms and clean, stock supplies and dispose biohazard waste as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement and department activities.
