Job summary

MarinHealth Medical Network seeks a Practice Leader to provide operational leadership across ambulatory clinics. You will plan and organize resources to deliver safe, affordable, high-quality patient care in alignment with MarinHealth’s mission and standards.

The role focuses on budgeting, workflow standardization, and collaboration with physicians, medical directors, and external partners to meet enterprise goals. Strong leadership and EMR/practice management expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience in ambulatory healthcare settings.
• Experience with budgets, fiscal management, and revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of EMR/practice management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory clinics operations to meet enterprise goals for safety, quality, access, affordability, and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets and monitor financial targets.
• Foster partnerships with physicians, medical directors, and external stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Coach and mentor staff; model CARES standards and inclusive- culture.
