Cypress Healthcare invites an experienced Practice Manager- OBGYN to lead the Monterey, CA obstetrics/gynecology team. This full-time role oversees daily operations, staffing, and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

The candidate will apply strong organizational, financial, and regulatory knowledge to coordinate care, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least two years Medical Office Management and supervising experience.
• Bachelor's Degree; PCMH CCE and CPPM required.
• Familiar with medical terminology and understanding of medical insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of the practice.
• Establish appropriate staffing levels for the practice.
• Manage front and back office staff, including ancillary personnel.
• Schedule front and back office staff, optimizing clinic coverage.
• Verify and approve time clock for staff.
• Interview, hire, train, counsel, and conduct performance reviews.
