Qualifications

• High school diploma required with experience in medical office leadership.
• 2+ years managing a medical office, with supervision duties.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PCMH CCE and CPPM desirable.
• Proficiency with medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the practice.
• Establish staffing levels and supervise front/back office staff.
• Schedule staff and optimize clinic coverage.
• Oversee timekeeping, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor patient experience and improve service quality.
• Manage purchasing, invoicing, and office supplies.
• Provide IT/EMR support and ensure HIPAA compliance.
