Unitek Learning seeks an OB BSN Nursing Instructor to join our Workforce Solutions team in Fresno. The instructor will provide clinical site education to students and support the program through clinical rotations, labs, and performance evaluations.

Hours vary with clinical rotations and labs; DOE pay range is $55-$70 per hour. Eligible candidates must hold a California BRN license and have relevant nursing education experience.

Competenze

• CA BRN license required.
• Eligible for CA BRN approval as Instructor for Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics.
• Master’s degree with coursework in nursing, education, or administration; or BSN with Master’s in progress.
• Minimum four years’ experience as an RN providing direct patient care (last five years).
• One year teaching experience in nursing or related courses preferred.
• Expertise in Mental Health, Medical-Surgical, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, L&D, Community Health, and/or Critical Care.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical site education to students in the assigned Workforce Solutions Program site.
• Teach in skills labs and clinical settings according to established curriculum.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in assigned facilities.
• Evaluate student performance against clinical learning outcomes.
• Provide timely feedback on clinical performance after observations.
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
