Unitek Learning is seeking a Peds BSN Nursing Instructor to provide clinical site education for the Workforce Solutions program in Fresno. Hours vary with rotations and skill labs. The role requires nursing expertise and teaching ability to support student outcomes.

Qualifications include CA RN license, BRN instructor eligibility, and a master's or BSN with ongoing master’s study. The role includes benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid, unencumbered California RN license.
• Eligible for CA BRN Instructor approval in Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics.
• Master’s degree with coursework in nursing, education, or administration; or BSN with Master’s program enrollment.
• Minimum four years’ RN patient care experience, with at least one year in the last five years.
• One year teaching experience in nursing or related courses, or equivalent teaching coursework.
• Expertise in Mental Health, Medical-Surgical, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, L&D, Community Health, or Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical site education to nursing students in labs and clinicals.
• Coordinate student clinical experiences with facilities and rotations.
• Assess student performance against clinical outcomes per policy.
• Maintain accurate attendance and skill check-off records.
• Deliver timely feedback after observations and trials.
• Support program reporting and data collection as required by the site director.
