Unitek College in Fresno is seeking a BSN Nursing Instructor to provide clinical and skills lab education in collaboration with our Workforce Development Partner, Community Health Systems. The role involves coordinating rotations, supervising student learning, and delivering a robust nursing curriculum.

Hours vary by clinical rotation and skills lab, with potential days, evenings, weekends, or a mix. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this full‑time faculty position.

Formación

• Hold a valid, unencumbered CA BRN license to teach Medical‑Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics.
• Eligible for CA BRN approval as an Instructor in the assigned nursing specialties.
• Academic preparation for the subject they teach and related curriculum experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and skills lab instruction aligned with established curriculum.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in health care facilities.
• Evaluate student performance according to learning outcomes and policies.
• Provide timely feedback after observations of clinical performance.
• Maintain student records and attendance, skills check-offs, and outcome data.
• Ensure clinical assignments meet student and facility needs.
• Observe, instruct, and evaluate students using approved methods.
• Explore online activities to enhance course content and delivery.
• Submit program reports to the Academic Site Director in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with safety regulations and innovative teaching technologies.
• Participate in nursing program committee activities and meetings.
