Job summary

Pride Resource Partners LLC, a Think Power Solutions Company, seeks an experienced OAR I to oversee multi-phase construction projects in Los Angeles, coordinating with districts, designers and contractors.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong budget and schedule management, and knowledge of pre-construction to close-out processes. BIM and LEED/CHPS exposure is a plus; CCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction/PM with projects over $10M.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• CCM credential may substitute for the education requirement.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Fifteen (15) years full-time experience with multiple >$10M projects (optional).
• Preferred BIM/LEED/CHPS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manages pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases.
• Reviews pre-construction documents and provides comments to designers.
• Plans and reports on project status to upper management.
• Coordinates with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Manages project budget and schedule; monitors monthly progress.
• Oversees contractor activities and responses to inquiries (RFCs).
• Reviews substitutions and negotiates Change Orders.
• Monitors payments to contractors, architects and engineers.
• Administers Professional Service Agreements between architects and the District.
• Coordinates delivery of fixtures, furniture and equipment.
• Oversees project close-out with DSA and financial close-out.
