Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience in service/food industry or equivalent training.
• Full-time availability: 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must perform various physical tasks as part of shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service, drive sales and meet financial goals.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and reporting to identify growth and cost-control opportunities.
• Create a positive, productive work environment with recognition, communication and collaboration.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team with ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of coffeebar operations, cleanliness, organization and safety compliance.
• Schedule, deploy and manage staffing to meet productivity and service goals.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and de-escalation in a fast-paced setting.
