Peet’s Coffee, Inc. in Orinda, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll help recruit and coach the team, manage daily coffeebar operations, inventory, cash handling, and ensure safety and labor standards, with a development path toward a Store Manager within 12–18 months. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in service or food industry.
• Maintain open availability and follow scheduling guidelines for 40 hours/week.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences using Peet’s service model.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
