Job summary

Connect Centric is seeking an experienced IT Technology Application Trainer to support a large nonprofit in Washington, DC. This direct-hire role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2x-3x in-office per week.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of IT training and instructional design experience, strong communication and public speaking skills, and proficiency with Office, CRM, and ERP systems. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT training, instructional design, or education.
• Experience in corporate or non-profit environments preferred.
• Ability to design curricula aligned with organizational tools and user proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored training curricula for organizational tools and varied user levels.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for staff at all levels.
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys, assessments, and feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and session feedback, and generate summaries.
• Stay updated on workplace tech trends and pursue professional development.
