Job summary

Omega Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technology Training Specialist to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, focusing on migrating from Webex to Microsoft Teams and enabling Copilot usage across departments.

The role includes creating job aids, conducting live and virtual sessions, and delivering practical examples to improve adoption and productivity. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with responsibilities spanning Microsoft 365 tools and other business applications.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience delivering technology training to adult learners, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain, user-friendly language.
• Strong verbal communication, written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for corporate transitions from Cisco Webex to Microsoft Teams.
• Create quick reference guides, FAQs, and other training materials for adoption.
• Provide group training, one-on-one coaching, and targeted workshops on enterprise tools.
• Develop and deliver training for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce, and other business apps.
• Support organization-wide mandatory training initiatives and cybersecurity awareness programs.
