Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an O2C Senior Accounting Analyst in Indiana (Westfield) to own day‑to‑day Order‑to‑Cash processes, including accounts receivable, cash application, collections, deductions, credits, and account reconciliations, and to lead documentation and shared‑services readiness.

You will prepare journal entries, support month‑end close, analyze O2C metrics, and partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Treasury and IT to resolve billing issues and drive continuous

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Cash Application, or Credit Administration.
• Proven track record improving O2C processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Order-to-Cash processes including accounts receivable, cash application, collections, deductions, credits, and account reconciliations.
• Lead process documentation, standardization, and shared-services readiness initiatives across North America.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, reserve analyses, and support month-end close activities.
• Analyze key O2C metrics and identify opportunities to improve collections, cash conversion, and operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and customer account challenges.
• Support automation, ERP enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives impacting the O2C cycle.

• Multi-entity, multinational, and/or IFRS experience is a plus.
