Zusammenfassung

Sonar is hiring an O2C Revenue Analyst to ensure accurate data across order-to-cash and revenue accounting. You will extract, transform, validate, and load Salesforce CPQ data into Aptitude RevStream, investigate data exceptions, and reconcile billing to the revenue subledger.

Work with Revenue Accounting, Billing Operations, and BizTech to support monthly/quarterly closes, and develop SQL reports and Excel transformations for data validation and controls.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on O2C data operations or revenue data experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document repeatable procedures.
• On-site work requirement and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• Experience with Aptitude RevStream, SFDC, NetSuite, and Stripe preferred.

Aufgaben

• Extract Salesforce CPQ and billing data, transform datasets, validate completeness and accuracy, and load data inputs.
• Reconcile billing data and maintain supporting schedules for monthly/quarterly closes.
• Investigate data exceptions and coordinate with Revenue Accounting and Billing Operations.
• Support revenue recognition testing and configuration changes per controls.
• Develop SQL reports and Excel mappings for data validation.
• Identify opportunities to automate data processing and improve controls.
• Prepare data lineage, reconciliation support, and audit documentation.
